The Ministry of Culture, the Rudá Institute, the MHEX-Forte de Copacabana, the Confucius Institute PUC-Rio, the Riomont Art and Culture Association, the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Rio de Janeiro and CNOOC presented the Forte de Copacabana & Shalon Orchestra.
The event aimed to celebrate 50 years of friendship between Brazil and China. As well as the orchestra performance, there were Lion and Dragon Dances, Chinese calligraphy and other attractions.
