Born on April 7, 1980, in Changchun, Jilin Province, and currently residing in Beijing, Mr. Liu Wei has stood out over the past decades as a leading figure in the fields of sports, culture, education, and international business. A graduate of the prestigious German Department of Beijing Foreign Studies University, he has built a solid and admirable career across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, combining intellectual excellence with a rare capacity for global strategic leadership.
A refined entrepreneur and high-level strategist, he is the founder and CEO of the Sports Culture Development Fund of the All-China Sports Foundation.
