\u00a0On the morning of 23 September, the delegation held a symposium at the site of the Rio Chinese Exchange in Brazil. Both signed a memorandum for co-operation in the fields of cultural exchanges, education and language training in China and Brazil. Song Xianzhong introduced what was proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping to the school in 2018, when he visited South China University to spread Chinese culture.
