On 25 June, the founders of the Sino-Brazilian Association received a delegation from the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) and guests, led by Mr Li Xikui, Vice-President of the Chinese Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.
On the agenda, we had an important visit to ALERJ, where we were very well received by Deputy Tia Ju, President of the Brazil-China Parliamentary Front. The meeting was also attended by the Chinese Commercial Consul in Rio, Jing Yanhui, and my friend, Mrs Lin Zhichang, who is responsible for CPAFFC's relations with the Caribbean and Latin America.
At the end of the day, we were received for dinner at the residence of the Chinese Consul General in Rio, Mrs Tian Min.
The CPAFFC is a government association with a 70-year history, dedicated to strengthening ties of friendship and co-operation in various areas with foreign countries. It currently has relations in more than 140 countries and is one of China's leading foreign affairs organisations. 🇨🇳 🇧🇷
